• All day hire is up to 6pm, evening hire is from 6pm to midnight.  

• Sale of Alcohol – hirer to organise their own licence. Booking Secretary can advise.

• Hire charge and deposit must be paid in full prior to collection of the key.

• Hire charges include heating, use of tables, chairs, kitchen equipment and appliances. 

• No equipment is to be removed from the hall.
