• All day hire is up to 6pm, evening hire is from 6pm to midnight. 

• Sale of Alcohol – If you intend to sell alcohol, you will need to obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Chichester District Council - do ask our Booking Secretary if you need any advice.

• Hire charge and deposit must be paid in full prior to collection of the key.

• Hire charges include heating, use of tables, chairs, kitchen equipment and appliances.

• No equipment is to be removed from the hall.
